Yes You Can (“YYC”) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event organized by YYC, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. YYC may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by YYC including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. A person attending a YYC event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and also contact YYC at info@yycworld.org, in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. YYC will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence. By participating in a YYC event or by failing to notify YYC, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by YYC, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify YYC from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness. Any person or organization not affiliated with YYC may not use, copy, alter or modify YYC photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from YYC. Disclosure
At YYC, accountability and transparency are an integral part of everything we do. From every donation and sponsorship, YYC’s Executive Committee (“EC”) may allocate part of that donation to cover its administrative and fundraising costs. The EC may also allocate these funds to other worthy projects that help YYC fulfill its mission and vision.
